Juel Park

This exciting park was donated to the City of Redmond by Glen and Betty Juel, who purchased the 38 acres in the early 1950s. Throughout the years, the couple raised vegetables, blueberries, and flowers amongst the 100-year-old trees. In 1999, the Juels sold the property to the City of Redmond at a fraction of market value so their beloved land would remain green and open forever. This park is great for a lively round of disc golf, a stroll through lush gardens, and family picnics. Ongoing development includes plans for:

  • A Community Garden
  • Large Open Spaces
  • Disc Golf Course
  • Walking Trails
