Project Purpose
Underline Image

The Overlake Village Street Design Guidelines identifies the street and streetscape standards necessary for development of Overlake Village as a vibrant urban center that provides excellent opportunities to live, raise a family, work, develop a business, shop and recreate.  The study area is bounded by SR 520 and NE 24th Street to the north and south, 148th Ave NE to the west, and 50 feet east of 152nd Ave NE to the east.

The project was guided by a set of principles that focuses on ensuring that Overlake Village is a lively people place with distinctive urban amenities that have people saying, "Wow!"
