The City of Redmond is committed to continually improving our customer service to you. In response to customer requests, the City of Redmond offers a wide range of convenient payment options. Choose the method that works best for you.
This method of payment automatically pays your utility bill directly from your bank account without the use of paper checks. Payment will be deducted from your bank account on the due date shown on your statement. After signing up for this payment option, you will still receive a utility statement.
Download the Direct Debit Application here. Complete and submit the application by following the instructions provided on the application. If you have difficulty downloading the form, call 425-556-2152, or email UtilityBilling@redmond.gov. For security reasons, please do not email your application or voided check.
Automated Payment Service and Account Information
Inquire about your account or pay your utility bill using VISA or MasterCard simply by using your telephone. To access your account 24 hours a day/7days a week using the automated system, please call 425-556-2152, choose Option 1 and follow the instructions.
If you have received a Termination Notice and use the IVR system, after making your payment, notify the customer service representative by pressing 0 before you exit the system. This will ensure continuation of your water services.

This box is located on the traffic island in front of City Hall. The entrance to City Hall is located at 15670 NE 85th Street. Please do NOT deposit cash in the drop box.
