When will summer camps and activities resume?

All recreation activities and camps are canceled through July 5, 2020. The first two weeks of summer camps are canceled as well (the weeks of June 22 and June 29). City staff are working closely with other agencies and neighboring cities on safety measures and protocols that will allow activities and services to resume this summer.

The City recently outlined a reopening plan for park amenities, facilities and activities to resume in accordance with the Governor’s Washington Phased Approach. Limited summer camps and activities are planned to resume in Phase 3. Registration for summer camps and activities is currently closed and will reopen on June 15, 2020. To ensure the safety of the community and staff, new safety guidelines and restrictions will be in place.
