No. Our system only allows us to begin accepting payments for applications/renewals after the 1st of each year, for that calendar year. In the first two weeks of January, we will be sending out renewal notices to our previous year license holders. Once you receive the renewal notice, you will be able to access your online account and make payment. If you require your license before you receive your renewal notice, and it is after the 1st of the year, please contact us and we can process your renewal.
