January 27, 2020

An employee arrived at work to find a burglar had broken in sometime over the weekend. The thief smashed one of the building's windows, reached through the broken glass, and stole a laptop. The suspect has not been identified.
January 28, 2020

A 29-year-old male was arrested after being found slumped over the wheel of an idling vehicle. Upon contact, the suspect lunged at responding officers and appeared to be quite intoxicated. Once in custody, police found drug paraphernalia, suspected stolen property, burglary tools and other illicit items. The suspect is facing a multitude of charges.

An unidentified prowler stole a backpack and other items out of an unlocked vehicle.
January 29, 2020

A cannabis store customer became surly with employees after he tried to return some merchandise about 15 minutes after purchasing. When employees told the customer they did not take returns or exchanges for marijuana products, the suspect became angry and tried to steal a bong. Employees reported he then became combative and hit them with an umbrella. Officers located the suspect, took him into custody, and he is facing assault charges.

A 57-year-old male was arrested on suspicion of DUI after he drove off the road and hit a power box.

A 56-year-old male with a lengthy history of dining and dashing was arrested for refusing to pay for his steak dinner at a local restaurant. Police trespassed the suspect and he is facing theft charges.
January 30, 2020

Officers arrested a 26-year-old male on suspicion of shoplifting and possession of heroin.

A theft stole an unsecured electric bicycle off of a front porch. The culprit has not been identified.
February 1, 2020

A driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI after an officer witnessed him swerving all over the roadway and driving in an unsafe manner. The officer pulled the car over and noticed several signs of intoxication while speaking with the driver. After failing several sobriety tests, the 37-year-old male was booked into jail.

Several unlocked vehicles were prowled sometime overnight and wallets, backpacks and other valuables were stolen. The thief's identity is not known.

Two vehicles were broken into while the owners were nearby at a local park. Purses that had been left inside were stolen out of both cars. No suspect information was immediately available.

An unidentified burglar pried open the door on one of the buildings on a golf course and stole a small amount of cash.
