A car prowler smashed a vehicle window and stole a laptop and purse that had been left inside. Officers collected evidence and sent it for processing. No suspect has been identified.

A thief stole a purse that had been left inside a car parked in a garage while the owner was briefly away from the vehicle. When she ran back inside for a few minutes, the unidentified thief entered the open garage, opened the unlocked car door and stole her valuables. The suspect then used the stolen cards at nearby businesses. Investigation is ongoing.

A man called police after finding his vehicle missing from where he had parked it. The car was located by Bellevue police a few hours after it was reported stolen and one person was arrested. The car was returned to its rightful owner.

A thief stole personal identification documents out of an unlocked car sometime overnight. The suspect's identity is not known.

An unknown thief stole a vehicle while it was parked at a Redmond shopping center. The car was found unoccupied in Bellevue a few days later. No arrests have been made.
October 18, 2019

A woman arrived home to find a burglar had entered her apartment's rear sliding door, rifled through her belongings, and stole valuables and identification. The victim also found clothing, shoes and vitamins that did not belong to her left behind. Police collected evidence and the uninvited clothing and supplements and sent them to be processed.

A burglar broke into an apartment and stole numerous electronics from the residence. It appeared the thief smashed a bathroom window to gain entry to the apartment. Officers gathered evidence and investigation continues.
October 20, 2019

Officers responded to an in-progress car prowl after the owner spotted someone in the front seat of his parked truck. The victim approached the male who immediately exited the vehicle and left the area on foot. Officers located the suspect a few minutes later, confirmed with the witness it was the same person, and booked the prowler into jail.
