October 22, 2018

Police were called after a woman discovered her unlocked car had been prowled and her purse had been stolen. The suspect attempted to use the cards shortly after at a local store but the victim had already cancelled them.

A car stolen from an apartment parking lot in Redmond was found the following day in Federal Way. The unknown suspect damaged the ignition and removed both license plates.

A woman returned to the Redmond Park and Ride to find her vehicle had been stolen. The car was located in Issaquah two days later but no suspect has been identified.
October 23, 2018

A 50-year-old male was arrested on suspicion of DUI after he rear-ended another car and exhibited numerous signs of intoxication. He was arrested and booked into jail.

An unknown suspect smashed a car window and made off with a purse that had been left on the seat of the unoccupied vehicle. The victim had only been away for a few minutes when the crime occurred. There were no witnesses or video of the incident.
October 24, 2018

A suspect arrested in Bellevue was found to have paychecks on him that did not belong to him but instead to a woman in Redmond. Upon being contacted by Bellevue Police, the victim checked her vehicle and found her window had been smashed and her bag with paychecks in it had been taken.

Several unlocked vehicles in the same neighborhood were prowled by an unknown suspect sometime over night. Various personal property was taken.
October 26, 2018

After driving recklessly and blowing by a patrol car on SR520 at an estimated 85 or 90 mph, an apparently quite drunk man was pulled over on suspicion of DUI. The 38-year-old male was arrested and booked into jail.

A woman reported more than $500 had been fraudulently charged to her credit card account. The victim appeared to have been hit by a cyber-crime as the card was still in her possession. No suspect has been identified.

A man saw an unknown subject steal a package off his porch and take off in a silver pick-up truck.
October 27, 2018

A man called police after another man pointed what appeared to be an AR-15 at him while he was in front of his apartment. The victim told police that the suspect continued to aim the weapon at the him as he ran into his apartment for safety. Upon arrival, officers determined the weapon was a realistic looking Airsoft gun. The orange tip that typically indicates these types of weapons as BB guns had been painted black and appeared to be a real AR-15 at first glance. The 30-year-old suspect was arrested on suspicion of unlawfully carrying a weapon apparently capable of producing bodily harm (RCW 9.41.270) and booked into jail.

Police investigated a car prowl after a woman found her truck window smashed and her purse missing from under the seat. No suspect information was available.
