A 32-year-old male was arrested after a witness saw him take shoes and a jacket from a local department store without paying. Officers contacted the suspect in the parking lot of the store and found the items in question in his possession.

A woman reported her vehicle window had been smashed and a bag containing her wallet was stolen from inside the car. She discovered her credit cards had been used shortly after at several places in Redmond and Kirkland. No suspect has been identified.

More than $4000 worth of tools and equipment were stolen from condos still under construction. The unknown subject(s) pried open the doors to the building while the crews were gone over the weekend. Evidence was gathered at the scene.

A bike was stolen from an apartment building's secured parking garage. The suspect is currently unknown.

Police investigated a theft at a local scooter shop after two suspects broke-in and stole several scooters. No suspects have been identified yet and the investigation is ongoing.

A woman reported being the target of an email phishing scam after an unknown suspect attempted to extort money out of her. The sender of the email stated he had her passwords and evidence of her viewing pornography sites. The fraudster threatened to share the alleged footage with all her contacts if she did not send money. The victim did not fall for the scam and alerted police.

An unknown thief stole a bag and a wallet out of unlocked vehicle while it was parked at a local hotel.

Officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle. The car was taken by an unknown suspect from a Redmond parking lot and was recovered in Renton a few hours later. No arrests have been made.
