Police investigated the theft of a vehicle from a Redmond apartment parking lot. The car was recovered parked in Seattle the following week. No suspects have been arrested.

Police arrested a 59-year-old man on suspicion of DUI after he was seen driving erratically and crashing into another vehicle at a stop light. In addition to other evidence that the suspect was under the influence, medical personnel reported his blood alcohol level was almost four times the legal limit.

Police investigated a car prowl after the victim found her vehicle window had been smashed with a fire extinguisher and her luggage had been stolen. Evidence gathered at the scene is being processed.

Officers responded to a report of a vehicle stolen from the Park and Ride parking lot. There was no suspect information immediately available.
September 25, 2018

Two vehicles were prowled sometime overnight and had money and electronics stolen from inside. There was no sign of forced entry on either vehicle.

A woman reported that more than $2000 had been fraudulently wired out of her bank account. There was no immediate suspect information available.

A woman reported a suitcase and personal documents were stolen out of her unlocked vehicle while it was parked at her gym.

Redmond police investigated a burglary at a local electronics store. The unknown suspects apparently smashed the glass door open with a cinder block. It wasn't immediately clear what, if anything, had been stolen.

Burglars pried open a garage door to a barn at a local park and made off with multiple pieces of equipment and tools. Evidence gathered at the scene is being processed.

Officers responded to an in-progress burglary at a local cell phone store. The thieves used a brick to smash the front door of the shop and stole numerous items. Police immediately canvassed the area and deployed the K-9 but did not locate any suspects.
