Sometimes all the pieces just fall into place. Dogged sleuthing by a distraught burglary victim - and some good team work - got a stolen bike back and a man in jail on Tuesday. A Redmond woman called police about a month ago after her garage was burglarized and her expensive Bianchi bicycle was stolen. The victim kept an eye out for it on online marketplace websites and eventually saw it pop up for sale. The victim alerted Redmond PD and officers organized a sting to nab the seller and recover her property. The suspect agreed to meet the "buyer" at a Kirkland pizza place and showed up to a parking lot full of cops. The 27-year-old male was booked for possessing stolen property and an elated woman got her sweet bike back.
