Police are investigating a burglary of a local marijuana shop after unknown suspects smashed through a glass front door and stole merchandise. Officers set up a perimeter and employed a K9 unit in attempt to track the suspects, but they were not located. Evidence gathered at the scene is being processed and the investigation is ongoing.

A 24-year-old man was arrested after refusing to leave a bar and brawling with a bar employee. Officers responded to a fight in progress outside the bar, broke it up, and attempted to calm the man down. The employee said the man had become belligerent after he told him to leave. While being taken into custody, the man started fighting officers and attempted to flee. The man was arrested and booked into jail on suspicion of assault, trespassing and obstructing a law officer.

A couple arrived home from running errands to find their home burglarized and their car stolen from their garage. The thieves apparently pried open the front door and made off with jewelry, electronics and other items. The vehicle was recovered in Renton two days later and both the car and the house were canvassed for evidence. Police are continuing to investigate and have not yet identified the suspect.

Two vehicles were broken into sometime during the night and had bags, a small amount of money and other small items stolen. Neither vehicle had any sign of forced entry.

A man contacted police after discovering two fraudulent utility accounts had been opened in his name without his knowledge. The victim learned of the accounts after receiving past due notices from debt collectors. Both accounts were tracked back to Detroit, Michigan. No suspect information was immediately available.

A car window was smashed and a purse stolen during the few minutes the victim was away from her car grabbing a coffee. There was no suspect information.

- Location: 7000 block of 148th Ave NE

A car prowler hit three vehicles in the same parking lot while the owners were all nearby in a local park. The suspect smashed windows to gain entry and snatched purses from each of the victim cars. Officers collected evidence from each of the vehicles and are continuing to investigate.

An unknown suspect stole a motorcycle out of a garage that had been left open overnight. No other items appeared to be missing from the residence.
