A man reported his Honda had been stolen from his apartment's parking space sometime during the night. The vehicle was found unoccupied in a Renton motel parking lot three days later. No suspect has been identified.

Police are investigating a burglary after an unknown suspect stole numerous electronics, pieces of jewelry and other items from a Redmond residence. Evidence was gathered at the scene and is being processed.

A woman reported her purse had been stolen while she was shopping at a thrift store.
March 13, 2018

Two vehicles parked in the same lot were broken into by an unknown subject. Both vehicles had windows smashed and bags, laptops and other items were stolen.

A vehicle was stolen from the parking lot of a local restaurant while the owner was working No suspect information was immediately available.
March 14, 2018

Redmond police were contacted by King County Sheriff's Office after they had been involved a vehicle pursuit in North Bend where the suspect attempted to ram an officer. The suspect was not the registered owner of the vehicle and it turned out that car had been stolen out of Redmond. The owner of the vehicle realized her vehicle was no longer parked in front of her residence upon police contact. She said her car keys had gone missing but she did not know who might have taken her vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.

A woman called police after she had been paid in counterfeit bills for a printer she sold online. After noticing the bills looked odd, the victim took the bills to her bank where they confirmed they were fake. There was little information available about the suspect.
March 15, 2018

Police are investigating the theft and subsequent use of stolen credit cards after a purse was stolen from a locked locker at a local gym. The victim reported her lock was missing and all her belongings were taken from the locker and she had several charges to her accounts immediately after at local stores. Investigation is ongoing.
March 16, 2018

A man walking his dog in a local park called police after seeing a subject sitting in the baseball dugout with his pants down around his ankles. The witness said he saw the same man a week before, again with his pants down. Each time the suspect pulled his pants up and got into an electrical company truck after he spotted the witness. Police were able to identify the man through a supervisor at the company, tracked him down and arrested him on suspicion of indecent exposure.
