February 5, 2018

Unknown suspect attempted to enter a portable building at a local school by slashing open the window screens. They did not succeed. Evidence gathered at the scene is being processed.

An officer spotted a suspicious vehicle and determined it had been stolen out of Auburn the day before. The stereo had been stolen and the thief had left behind several pieces of property, including a power cord and a box of Cheerios. The car and its contents are being processed for evidence. It is not clear yet if the suspect is a cereal thief or not.

A gas station employee reported being assaulted by a man he told police is a repeated nuisance at the business. Officers identified the suspect as a subject who has received numerous trespass letters in the past. Investigation is ongoing.

Diver side window was smashed and personal items were stolen from the vehicle.
February 7, 2018

A vehicle that had been stolen in September was recovered in the parking lot of a Redmond apartment complex.

The passenger window was smashed and a backpack was stolen.
February 9, 2018

Several vehicles were broken into over the night and had backpacks, laptops, personal documents, and other items were stolen. Some vehicles had been left unlocked while others had their windows smashed by an unknown suspect or suspects.
