REDMOND, WA - Detectives are asking anyone that may have captured footage of a shooting suspect's car on Sunday evening to reach out to police. A 31-year-old male was shot just after 8 p.m. at the corner of Cleveland St. and 164th Ave NE.
The shooting was not related to a robbery and does not appear to be random, according to detectives. A local hospital reported the victim was in critical condition today.
Police are requesting that anyone with an in-car dash camera who was driving in the downtown corridor between 7:45 p.m. and 8:10 p.m. last night to see if they may have images of an older, silver four-door sedan. Tips can be emailed to rpd@redmond.gov or submitted anonymously online.
