Project Overview

Two lot short subdivision of an existing 12,275 square foot lot in R-6 zoning

The existing residence will be demolished and the construction of two new detached single-family residences. The proposed project will provide access from NE 70th Street to the south using a new 14' shared driveway to be located in an easement. Frontage improvements will be provided including curb/gutter, landscape strip, and sidewalk. Utilities will be provided from within NE 70th Street along the access utility easement to serve the new homes.
