Project Overview

A 6-story, 177 room hotel. The project is located on the corner of Redmond Way and 166th Avenue NE in the Anderson Park district of Downtown Redmond, an area that has been identified by the City as part of the "Downtown Vision 2030" plan. The masterplan for the area encourages new development to be more pedestrian friendly with an emphasis on engaging with the street through sidewalk cafes and other streetscape elements. The streetscape and making this a lively place that people want to be, gather and meet is central to our plan.
