- Overlake Access Ramp
The Overlake Access Ramp is a Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) project that provides direct access from eastbound SR 520 to local streets in the Overlake Village neighborhood. Connecting to both 151st Avenue NE and 152nd Avenue NE, the project improves circulation and supports the vision for Overlake Village.
A new grid network of streets will support growth in Overlake Village including thousands of new housing units, mixed-use retail, and new restaurants. Improved traffic distribution allows for the future conversion of 152nd Avenue NE to a retail main street – creating an urban retail core with easy walking, biking, and bus access to the Overlake Village Light Rail Station.
