- Pedestrian Bicycle Advisory Committee (PBAC)
The Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee (PBAC) is a non-commissioned group that provides feedback to city staff and other relevant groups on non-motorized or active transportation issues in Redmond. PBAC's mission is to enhance Redmond's non-motorized transportation system to better enable people to safely and efficiently move about the community on foot and by bike.
PBAC consists of community members who are passionate about multimodal mobility for all and who are willing to volunteer their time by regularly attending meetings and special events to support a vibrant and connected community. They also receive briefings on city planning and construction projects as well as policy document updates such as the comprehensive plan and the transportation improvement plan.
PBAC meetings are open to the public and held from 6:30 to 8:00 pm on the second Monday of each month in Room 135 on the first floor of Redmond City Hall (15670 NE 85 Street).

The next update of the Redmond Comprehensive Plan is underway. Redmond 2050 builds on the progress our city has made and - with your input - will guide the vision of our city going forward.
The City is seeking community feedback to identify areas of improvement for increasing access to light rail, as well as to select a preferred location for a pilot project to improve access to walk, roll, and bike to four new light rail stations scheduled to open in Redmond. Tell us where you have had challenges in the future station areas, such as feeling unsafe at intersections or experiencing missing sidewalks, as well as what community destinations are most important to you.
