Construction of a nine-story mixed-use building in two towers, with approximately 425 residential units and 49,000 square feet of retail space.
Administrative Modification to existing Site Plan Entitlement (LAND-2016-02100). Project consists of one mixed-use building, approximately 638,240 GSF. The mixed-use building consists of a retail, amenity, and parking podium, a residential tower to the north, and an office/residential tower to the south.
Change of use from mixed-use residential/office to office only for Tower “B” from an approved Site Plan Entitlement (LAND-2016-02100) includes reduction of height by six feet, building façade, modulation changes and the addition of 39,152 s.f. in the podium to include 123 additional parking spaces.
