Commercial customers are billed on a monthly basis. The bills contain both a fixed rate and a commodity rate for water, irrigation, and wastewater. Water consumption is billed at a winter commodity rate from November through May and a summer commodity rate from June through October. A variable wastewater collection rate is assessed if there is more than 600 cubic feet of chargeable wastewater in a billing period.
1 cubic foot of water usage equals 7.48 gallons.
