Transportation Master Plan
The Redmond Transportation Master Plan (TMP) is an element of the City's Comprehensive Plan, and is the document that guides Redmond’s transportation investment and activities. It was first adopted in 2005, and last updated in August of 2013. The 2013 update was developed using a strategic framework that incorporates the City's vision, feedback from the community, and an analysis of the challenges and opportunities facing Redmond.

- Chapter 3 (PDF): Performance Measurement
An in-depth look at the most important measures (including the six dashboard measures) for tracking the success of the TMP toward achieving particular 2030 targets and the aspirations of the transportation vision.
- Chapter 4 (PDF): The Multi-Modal Transportation System Plans
This is the heart of the TMP document and describes each major element of a complete multi-modal transportation system for Redmond including a Street System Plan, Transit System Plan, Pedestrian System Plan, Bicycling System Plan, Parking, Transportation Demand Management, and Freight Mobility.
- Chapter 5 (PDF): Regional Transportation
This chapter identifies Redmond’s regional transportation issues and interests with a particular emphasis on the SR 520 Multi-modal Corridor, Sound Transit East Link Light Rail and Regional Express Bus Service, and King County Metro.

A discussion of the specific needs, issues, and gaps related to the maintenance and operations of the transportation system.
- Chapter 7 (PDF): 2013 to 2030 Transportation Facilities Plan (18 Year Investment Plan)
A specific implementation plan required by the Washington State Growth Management Act that all cities have a financially constrained long-range infrastructure plan for transportation.
