Direct Debit Payment
Automatically pay your utility bill directly from your bank account. Payment is deducted from your bank account on the due date shown on your statement. After signing up for this payment option, you will still receive a utility statement.
For security reasons, please do not email your application or voided check.
Payment by Phone: Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
Inquire about your account or pay your utility bills using Visa or MasterCard via phone. Access your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using the automated system.
Call 425-556-2152, choose Option 1 and follow the instructions.
If you have received a Termination Notice and use the payment by phone option, after making your payment, please notify the customer service representative by pressing 0 before you exit the system. This ensures the continuation of your water services.

If you have received a final notice and your payment is due within 1 to 2 days, please do not mail your payment without contacting our office at 425-556-2152. This will help to ensure the continuation of your water service.
Payment in Person
Payments may be submitted to our office (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) located at:

You can also drop off your payment at our 24-hour Utility Drop Box. This box is located on the traffic island in front of City Hall at 15670 NE 85th Street. Please do not deposit cash in the drop box.
