Redmond Town Center Master Plan

Project Overview

Master Planned Development (MPD) and Development Agreement (DA) for (3) 7-story mixed-use residential buildings, (2) 12-story mixed-use residential or office buildings, a 2-story addition to an existing 2-story parking garage to replace surface parking, and associated landscape and streetscape improvements.  The MPD proposes a maximum of 1,040 dwelling units. A minimum of  20% of the dwelling units will be affordable at 60% Area Median Income (AMI).
