About

The City of Redmond and Lake Washington School District (LWSD) have a long-term partnership for the joint use of facilities. As part of the LWSD’s long-term facilities planning, the Old Redmond Schoolhouse underwent renovations in preparation for district preschool programs to begin in Fall 2020. Through a rental lease agreement, Redmond Parks and Recreation currently has access to 9,785 square feet of the building, which includes the gymnasium, clay studio, and two flexible spaces. One flexible space is sub-leased by the Redmond Historical Society. Check out LWSD's project page here.
