Overlake East Master Plan MGP XII

Project Overview

Master Plan for the redevelopment of approximately six (6) acres comprising of a four building development. Buildings A and B are being planned as mixed use residential with retail along 152nd Ave NE.  Building C is being planned as multi-family residential. Buildings 1, 2 and 3 would contain a total of approximately 717 residential units.  Building D is being explored as a 276,000 sq. ft. office building or a residential multi-family building with approximately 290 units.

Phase 1 of Overlake East Master Plan Development consisting of Building A, a mixed use residential building of approximately 443,583 SF, including 9,800 SF of General Commercial use, associated site development, landscape and parking.  Please refer to LAND-2021-00516 for historical reference only.

Phase 2 of Overlake East Master Plan Development consists of: 1) Building B, a mixed use residential building of approximately 671,087 SF including 3,500 SF of General Commercial use; 2) Building C, multi-family residential building of approximately 212,350 SF; and, 3) associated site development, landscape and parking.
