Welcome to the City of Redmond's service request portal. You can report non-emergency issues, make service requests, and find answers to common questions. Use the desktop version below or take full advantage of this system by downloading the "Your Redmond" app on your mobile or tablet device.

  • Complete the form to submit your non-emergency service request. The more detailed information you provide, the better we will be able to assist you. View our Privacy Notice.
  • Our regular business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Service requests submitted after hours will be reviewed the next business day. Service requests submitted Friday evening, during the weekend, or on a City recognized holiday, will be reviewed on the next business day.
