Landmark Commission

Purpose

The purpose of the Landmark Commission is to review and make recommendations related to promoting, protecting, and incentivizing improvements to sites and structures of historic or archaeological significance per Redmond Municipal Code, Title 4, 4.33 Landmark Commissions, Redmond Zoning Code, Article II, 21.30 Historic and Archaeological Resources and other portions of the City's code as related to cultural and historic resources. 

Meetings

  • Meets quarterly and on an as-needed basis
  • 7 p.m.
  • 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month in coordination with the Design Review Board
  • Meetings are currently being held virtually.  Please refer to agenda for details.

Members

The Landmark Commission is appointed by the City Council and is comprised of one professional, one resident, and the members of the Design Review Board who volunteer their time and represent the community at large.
