Shuffle Step to Fitness
Tap dancing is a fun way to learn a new skill, improve overall fitness and meet some great people. Whether you just bought your first pair of tap shoes, or you've been shuffling to Buffalo for a while, we have the class for you!
You'll learn the basic heel toe taps and shuffles in our beginner level class. Those with more experience will work in the intermediate class to learn more advanced steps and combinations. All students will have a blast in this fun and encouraging teaching environment. All abilities welcome!
Have a Ball
You'll have a ball with ballroom dance! Learn dance steps such as Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango and more. Dancing is a wonderful way to have fun, get fit and meet new people.
Our Ballroom Intro class will teach the steps, the importance of lead and follow and other tips to make you feel comfortable on the dance floor. More experienced dancers will enjoy our On-going Ballroom class to build on technique and learn new dances. Singles and couples welcome.
