10 Day Pass
A 10 day pass provides you with 10 individual visits, with unlimited daily access to classes and the drop-in fitness studio.
Teen Summer Pass (13-18 years old only)
Enjoy unlimited access to the drop-in fitness studio with cardio and strength equipment, plus enjoy over 30 weekly fitness classes, valid from June 20-August 31, for a one time payment.
A drop-in pass provides a daily visit, where you enjoy unlimited access for the day to our classes and drop-in fitness studio.
Our 1,700 square-foot fitness studio offers state-of-the-art treadmills, bikes and ellipticals with personal viewing TVs, plus a rowing machine, free weights and strength cable system to offer a complete full-body workout.

Monthly Classes & Workshops
Enjoy a variety of classes, workshops, and activities to increase strength, stamina, flexibility, and general well-being. Fitness classes are a great way to meet new friends and connect with others while enjoying a fun and motivating workout. Choose from a variety of class options for all ages, interests, and abilities, including; outdoor boot camp, Zumba ®, tai chi, yoga, martial arts, strength, cardio and more.
