The emails are fielded by a rotating team of staffers from the various participating cities. We will respond to your email up to 24 hours after your initial inquiry, the but resolution to your inquiry may take longer depending on the severity of the issue. Technical assistance will be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Be sure to include your name, the agency and program you represent.
