Music and Dance Concert Show Brazil! will perform a lively combination of music and dance at Redmond City Hall, 15670 NE 85th Street on July 21 at 7 pm as part of the Redmond’s Arts in the Parks series.
While in full costume, dancers, percussionists and instrumentalists perform the rhythms of Brazil with music originating from ancient Afro-Brazilian war dances, the sugar-cane fields in Brazil and Brazilian martial arts. This performance will get you up and moving to the beat in a lively, exciting concert for all ages.
The performance is free. Please bring a blanket, chair, picnic lunch, dinner or snack and, since the performance is outside, be prepared for weather conditions. More information is at www.redmond.gov/arts.
