Redmond Arts Jam showcases Local Artists

Perform on stage with Jay Roberts on July 28 Musicians and spoken word artists are invited to take the stage in the first Redmond Arts Jam, July 28 at Redmond City Hall Campus, 15670 NE 85th Street.  The performance will feature local artists who join Jay Roberts and band in an open jam or read their poetry or other spoken word.

Those who plan to take the stage should arrive at 6 pm to sign-up.   The performance will begin at 7 pm.  Artists must be 16 or older to take the stage.

This concert will be an unpredictable, fun exploration of the work by local musicians and spoken word artists.  Come support the artists in the community or take the stage and perform.

The performance is free.  Please bring a blanket, chair, picnic lunch, dinner or snack and, since the performance is outside, be prepared for weather conditions. More information is at www.redmond.gov/arts.

Arts in the Parks is sponsored by 4culture, Microsoft and Paint the Town Redmond. IZZE Sparkling Juice is the drink sponsor, providing free beverages throughout Arts in the Parks.
