Kids Parade & Grand Parade combined!  Two parades in one!

Redmond Medical Center Derby Days Parade
This year the Grand Parade was combined into the Kids Parade.  The colorful medley of floats, bands and entertainers, began in the 1950's and has become a traditional favorite.  It is one of the few Eastside events officially sanctioned by Seafair.

Kids Entry Information
The whole family came to the Kids Parade.  Entrants chose from one of the costume categories to decorate their bikes, wagons, strollers, skateboards, scooters, blades or self to add to the festivities. The more creative the better! Every child who participated in the 2009 parade and wore a helmet received two dollars courtesy of Clark, Raymond and Company and Kempf and Company, water bottles from Evergreen Healthcare, and many other fun giveaways.
