Inspection Scheduling functions available from this web site

• Schedule a single inspection, on a single day
• Schedule a single inspection type, over several consecutive days (example…a framing inspection is desired for multiple floors of a building, each to occur on a different day)
• Schedule multiple inspections on a permit, all for the same day.

To schedule inspections, start by:                

• Inputting your Permit number
• Click on Submit
• Click on Schedule Inspection

Then….select one of 3 options as follows:
Choose any "Show me" link to view a 2 - 3 minute video clip. These files are between 2 and 2.5 megs in size and require a video player to view. For optimal viewing, the latest Windows Media Player is required.  Download a free player at www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/9series/player.aspx if needed.

1) To schedule a single inspection, on a single day:                                         Show me - single day scheduling

• Click in the box to the left of the desired inspection type to select it
• In the Schedule Start Date calendar (on the left), click on the desired inspection date (holidays and weekends are grayed out)
• Ignore the Schedule End Date calendar (on the right)
• Click on the Schedule button at the bottom of the page.
  
  

2) To schedule a single inspection type over several consecutive days:    Show me - consecutive days

• Click in the box to the left of the desired inspection type to select it
• In the Schedule Start Date calendar, click on the first date you would like the inspection performed
• In the Schedule End Date calendar, click on the last date you want the inspection performed. Note: these multiple days must be consecutive
• Click on the Schedule button at the bottom of the page.
  
  

3) To schedule multiple inspections on a permit, all for the same day:     Show me - multiple inspections same day

• Click in the boxes to the left of all desired inspection types to select them (the Schedule End Date calendar disappears when you do this)
• In the Schedule Start Date calendar, click on the desired inspection date
• Click on the Schedule button at the bottom of the page.
