The City of Redmond now provides customers the convenience of buying permits
online, checking the status of an existing permit application, scheduling
inspections, and viewing permit request results and history.
Permit Status
This online tool will allow you to check the
status of a permit review request. It will show which staff member to call
with questions, amounts due prior to issuance, and generally where you are in
the plan review process. Have your permit number or address information to
utilize this tool.
If you are already a registered user of the purchasing system you can go
directly to the login page. If you
are new to Redmond permits online, please take a moment to review what permits
are available online below and the general fee information, our registration

information page. You may also want to review the
determination page if you
are unsure if you need a permit or not. Then proceed to our

This component enables users to
schedule inspections up to two weeks in advance, as well as
view the inspection history of results in the permitting process.
Fire permit inspections are scheduled online at
www.redmond.gov/firepermits. If you have any questions, please email

To make applications for permits not listed above, please visit our
Development Services Center, City Hall, 15670 NE 85th Street, Redmond,
second floor. Hours are 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through
