Citizen Advisory Committee
An 11-member Citizens Advisory Committee met every two weeks to prepare recommended updates to the Willows/Rose Hill Neighborhood Plan. The Advisory Committee includes people who live, work or own property in the neighborhood and was appointed by the Mayor and City Council. In preparing its recommendation, the Advisory Committee considered alternative ways to address needs and issues in the neighborhood, citizen preferences, and existing plans and policies.

The first annual review of progress on implementing the Willows Rose Hill Neighborhood Plan was held in November, 2003.
