On January 22, 2007, Steve Burnstead Construction Co. hosted
a neighborhood meeting to present a proposal called Sycamore
Park, to be reviewed under the Innovative Housing Ordinance
(City Ordinance 2265). The
meeting invitation contains
basic information about the proposal, and materials may also
be viewed at City Hall, 4th floor south. The
Innovative
Housing Review Panel is expected to review the proposal during

Neighborhoods Team as soon as possible.
The next opportunity will take place in early 2007 and will be in the
form of The Wedge and Red-Wood Road Corridor Studies and in the
formation of the North Redmond Citizen Advisory Committee. Both
processes will get underway in March and April.
