Neighborhood Plan Update

The Grass Lawn neighborhood plan was adopted by City Council on February 12, 2005.

The Mayor and City Council helped kick off the update to the Grass Lawn neighborhood plan with a successful and widely attended City Services Fair and Planning Workshop in February 2003. Over the next 10 months, City staff responded to service requests and a Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) appointed by the Mayor and City Council began working to incorporate what workshop participants identified as their top overall neighborhood needs into the neighborhood plan. The CAC members forwarded their recommended neighborhood plan policies to the Planning Commission and City Council after consulting with other residents of the area.
