The City of Redmond has a new City Hall
and parking garage structure on the downtown Municipal Campus.
The new 100,000 square foot, 4-story, Class A building is located on the
southwest corner of the campus, south of the old City Hall
building. The new City Hall now houses City employees that were
previously working
in seven different locations.
A new 4-level, 450 stall parking garage structure is located
on the northern edge of the campus, in the old parking lot area. This
new parking structure serves the new City Hall, as well as the
existing Senior Center and Public Safety buildings.
What's Happening Now
- The NE 85th Street entrance is open to vehicle traffic.
Parking --including disabled access parking-- is clearly marked.
- City employees have now relocated to the new building.
- The parking garage structure is open.

is available to campus visitors in the new
parking garage structure and in the lot adjacent to
the Senior Center which is accessible from the 160th Avenue NE. Click here for the updated

- The utility bill payment drop-off box has been relocated to the traffic
circle in front of the new City Hall. To drop off your utility bill
payment, enter the City Hall campus through the NE 85th Street entrance and proceed straight to the traffic circle
in front of the building. There is no longer a drop-off box in front
of the Senior Center.
