New City Hall

The City of Redmond has a new City Hall and parking garage structure on the downtown Municipal Campus.

The new 100,000 square foot, 4-story, Class A building is located on the southwest corner of the campus, south of the old City Hall building. The new City Hall now houses City employees that were previously working in seven different locations.

A new 4-level, 450 stall parking garage structure is located on the northern edge of the campus, in the old parking lot area. This new parking structure serves the new City Hall, as well as the existing Senior Center and Public Safety buildings.

What's Happening Now

  • The NE 85th Street entrance is open to vehicle traffic. Parking --including disabled access parking-- is clearly marked.
  • City employees have now relocated to the new building.
  • The parking garage structure is open.

Fast Facts

  • Parking-- including disabled access parking -- is available to campus visitors in the new parking garage structure and in the lot adjacent to the Senior Center which is accessible from the 160th Avenue NE. Click here for the updated site map.
  • A new addition to the photo gallery page is the favorite photos section.  These are pictures of the new City Hall building and parking garage structure taken during the construction progress.
  • The utility bill payment drop-off box has been relocated to the traffic circle in front of the new City Hall.  To drop off your utility bill payment, enter the City Hall campus through the NE 85th Street entrance and proceed straight to the traffic circle in front of the building. There is no longer a drop-off box in front of the Senior Center.
  • The artwork for the entrance to the new City Hall building and the east facade of the new parking garage structure have been completed and installed. For additional information on the artists.
