Amendments to Redmond's development regulations and standards are
needed to enable the City to carry out the updated Comprehensive Plan
policies as part of the review of proposed projects, whether private or
public. Since the Comprehensive Plan's adoption, the Planning
Commission has reviewed both publicly- and privately-initiated
amendments to the Plan and Development Guide. Among those were
updates to Downtown development regulations, transfer of development
rights regulations, and gateway and public view corridor regulations.
Visit the Planning
Commission's website to see what issues are now under
consideration.
