A Brief Description of the
Neighborhood Plan Update Process
Residents of the single-family, residential sub-area met with
City staff for a preliminary discussion with regards to the
neighborhood plan update processes on June 28, 2007. This event marked
the official kick-off for the residential sub-area plan update. The
goal of the meeting was to establish a general understand of the
existing conditions, interests, and more immediate needs for this
sub-area of the Overlake neighborhood. Please take a moment to
review the summary for additional details.
The Overlake neighborhood single-family residential portion update processes will take place through 2009
and the first half of 2010,
having started in September 2007. During this multi-year period residents will have
many opportunities to provide
information regarding their wishes, ideas, and concerns for
the next twenty-year timeline for the Overlake neighborhood
residential sub-area.
