The Overlake Single-Family, Residential Portions Citizen Advisory
Committee (CAC) is now underway as they work toward an updated
neighborhood plan. This group of residents will meet once a month to
explore the many aspects of living, working, and recreating within
this sub-area of the Overlake neighborhood and to consider it's
relationship to the vicinity while looking ahead to the next
twenty-years. To learn more and to get to know the CAC, please

A Brief Description of the
Neighborhood Plan Update Process
Residents of the single-family, residential sub-area met with
City staff for a preliminary discussion with regards to the
neighborhood plan update processes on June 28, 2007. This event marked
the official kick-off for the residential sub-area plan update. The
goal of the meeting was to establish a general understand of the
existing conditions, interests, and more immediate needs for this
sub-area of the Overlake neighborhood. Please take a moment to
review the summary for additional details.
The Overlake neighborhood single-family residential portion update processes will take place throughout 2009,
having started in September 2007. During this two-year period residents will have
many opportunities to provide
information regarding their wishes, ideas, and concerns for
the next twenty-year timeline for the Overlake neighborhood
residential sub-area.
Thoughts, questions, and interests in participation may be directed to Kimberly Dietz, the
sub-area plan lead, at 425-556-2415 or
kdietz@redmond.gov
