Phase II of the Overlake Neighborhood Plan has begun in coordination
with joint Redmond-Bellevue work regarding phasing of growth
and transportation improvements in Overlake and the Bel-Red
Corridor. Anticipated areas of update include:
- Overlake Neighborhood Plan Comprehensive Plan - update
policies related to amount and phasing of growth as needed pending
outcome of joint work between Redmond and Bellevue
- Redmond Transportation Master Plan - update Transportation
Facilities Plan and Build-Out Plan to incorporate transportation
projects adopted as part of the Overlake Neighborhood Plan Update
Phase I
- Redmond Parks, Recreation and Open Space Plan - update to
reflect the specific parks and open space plan and trail
connections included for Overlake as part of the Overlake
Neighborhood Plan Update Phase I
- Redmond Community Development Guide updates to parking
provisions, impact fees, and more.
