Comprehensive Flood Hazard Management Plan

Flood Management Advisory Committee (FMAC)

An important component of the development of the plan is the support from a Flood Management Advisory Committee (FMAC). This project will organize an Advisory Committee with citizens and agency representatives to define the goals of the study, the Scope of Work, and work towards consensus on Plan recommendations. The Committee shall consist of six to eight members including:

• private citizens (e.g. area residents)
• State, local, and Federal agencies
• commercial interests

If you are interested in being a member of the Flood Management Advisory Committee, please contact the City’s Project Manager, Stephen Hitch, at 425-556-2891.
