I don’t have a PIN for the online HMQ system, how do I get one?
Using the
registration page,
complete the blank fields and press submit to enter a request for a PIN
number. If you are a business that needs a PIN number WHP staff will issue
you one. You may also contact the Wellhead Protection Program at
hazmat@redmond.gov.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
If you forgot your password, click on the “I forgot my password” link on
the main login page. This will prompt you to enter the e-mail you
registered with, and will e-mail you your password. We cannot give you
your password if you call, as we do not have access to passwords.
I forgot my login what do I do?
Email Wellhead Protection staff at hazmat@redmond.gov, and they will
provide you with your login, but will not provide you with your password.
The login will be sent to the email of record for the facility.
I haven’t changed any information from last years HMQ, but it will not
allow me to submit. What do I do?
Some fields that may have been left blank in the past will be required in
the online HMQ system. You will not be able to submit forms until all
required fields are complete. Required fields will have a star next to the
field. If everything is complete and you still cannot submit the HMQ,
contact WHP staff for help.
