Project Description: Construction is underway
for Phase 3 improvements to Grasslawn Park for a new picnic pavilion, a new
maintenance building and improvements to the basketball courts and the
children's play area in the northeast section of the park. Currently the 148th
Avenue parking lot is closed and park users will be directed to the parking lot
