Project Description: The project includes the
construction of three additions to the Public Safety Building. The 2,860 square
foot addition at the north end of the building will house a crime lab and four
bays for securing and examining vehicles being held by the Police Department.
The additions at the east end of the building will include a 1,445 square foot
structure and a 1,237 square foot structure, each will house police vehicles.

Project Description: Redmond Way Stormwater
Trunk will convey all stormwater runoff directly from the east end of downtown
Redmond to the Sammamish River. The Redmond Way Stormwater Quality Facility will
collect low flows from the stormwater trunk and provide water quality treatment
to the runoff prior to discharge to the River.

Project Description: The rehabilitation of
Wells 1 and 2 are part of the Water Source Improvement Project that includes the
renovation of four of the City's five wells. The main focus of the Water Source
Improvement Project is to upgrade the wells to bring them into conformance
with the current UBC (Uniform Building Code), to eliminate the use of hazardous
chemicals for the treatment of raw water and to make the facilities safer for
maintenance workers.
