Project Description: These are mixed use
developments in King County that create communities where residents can live,
work and play. Utilities are being supplied by City of Redmond.
Because of the traffic impacts attributed to these projects there will also be

Current Project Activities: Resurfacing work
has started.
Project Phase: As of this update the resurfacing work is 80% completed.
Adjusting utilities will be next, with channelization markings following to
finish the work.

Project Description: The 2008 Street
Resurfacing project was developed from the City's continuing pavement management
program. The Redmond Pavement Management (RPM) system uses visual pavement
condition readings and information from the City's computerized database to
identify streets most in need of resurfacing.
