Project Description: Reconstruction of the Union Hill Road/Avondale Road intersection in Portland cement concrete. Additional turn and through capabilities, improved signalization and illumination are additional features of this project.

Location: Avondale at approximately NE 95th Street 
Current Project Activities: The contractor is currently erecting the new CMU building which will house the well head, pumps, treatment, and control units.

Project Description: Well 3 is part of the Water Source Improvement Project which includes the rehabilitation of four of the City's five wells. This project includes the complete renovation of the existing well from the ground up including a new building, new pumps and piping, and the installation of state of the art treatment for water quality that will eliminate the use of hazardous chemicals.
