The objectives of the "coordinated civils" review
process are:
- Approve compliant civil drawings that satisfy conditions of
project approval.
- Ensure that you, the applicant, have a clear understanding of
the City’s expectations for civil drawings in general and specific
approval conditions.
- Provide an opportunity for you to reach agreement with the
City on key layout features ahead of formal intake.
- Reduce the number of review cycles needed to reach civil
drawing approval to two.
- Provide a predictable review schedule.
- Reduce conflicts/redundancy of review comments from various
city divisions.
